Summer Adventures
When Summer comes, everyone likes to make the most of the Summer holidays by staying out in the sun and doing fun activities. In this blog we will look at some of these activities.
Festivals.
Do you want a fun activity with your friends at night?
Because Ireland has a lot of festivals that brighten up the streets all year. For example Westport Folk & Bluegrass Festival, Sea Sessions Surf, Music Festival and Puck Fair, where they crown a goat king of the village. There is also the Galway Races, All Together Now music festival and lots of other festivals.
Road trip
Want to relax with your friends and see the beautiful countryside of Ireland? Go to the Giant’s Causeway and Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge on the Causeway Coastal Route. Go and see 5,000 years of history with the castles and characters of Ireland’s Ancient East. Visit Glendalough in beautiful Wicklow or see the Book of Kells, in Trinity College Dublin.
Camping
Camping is another way of seeing the beautiful landscape of Ireland. With caravan parks and glamping hubs you can stay the night. They offer a good middle ground between having a roof over your head or sleeping out under the stars (which is not advisable given this Summer weather!)
