HOW TO RECONCILE WORK AND PRIVATE LIFE

2 min

Firstly, it’s not good to stay focused all the time on your work. Workers can spend relaxing time with family to be more efficient at their work. It’s important to take some breaks and to do exercise to stay healthy and happy. Nowadays plenty of companies are focused on employees health. So, in a lot of companies it’s possible to work remotely or to have flexible working hours. This point is very good for all because employees will be feeling good and they also be more likely to enjoy their work. So, it’s also very good for companies because they will earn more money with that.

Secondly, sometimes it’s precious to forget about work and enjoy free time. Take holidays or week-ends off is very important because you can take a deep breath when you are on a lovely beach with your family or your friends. To practice a sport is also a good thing to be more happy in your life. You can practice some sports a few days a week with friends to have fun social interactions.

Thirdly, plenty of companies encourage breaks at the office with some rest time at lunch. It’s important to have a nice social interaction with collegues. For that, companies organise fun activities between collegues like going out for food and drinks. Companies also can hold events for achieving special milstones which award the employees.

To conclude, it’s important to have free time outside of work and to not think about work. Not to stay focused on your work is benefical for companies and employees. Go to the beach as much as possible even if it means wearing your work clothes for you swim.
