3 Tips for Working during the Warm Weather:

The weather is getting warmer and it can be hard to keep working in a focused and productive Manner.

For that reason, we have summarized Three Tips for working in the office during the warm weather.

  1. Stay Hydrated:

It is very import to stay hydrated, especially at work or in the office. Dehydration can lead to loss of performance and difficulty concentrating. If you don’t drink enough, you weaken your body and mind. You have to make sure to drink the right amount of water for your body type. Eating a lot of different fruits and vegetables is also great way to stay hydrated. Or drink a cup of tea even in the hot weather!

  1. Protection from the Sun:

You have to use sun cream to lower the risk of sunburn. Proper sun protection can significantly reduce the risk of sunburn and the risk of later skin cancer. To protect yourself you can also use a sun hat or UV protection shirts.  It is also really important to limit the time you’re in the sun between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. This is the time when the sun’s rays are at their strongest and the risk of sunburn is highest.

  1. Keeping the Office Cool:

One idea to keep cool in your office is to have an Office Fan. A Fan can be placed directly on your desk and you can adjust the Fan speed. Many people might think that opening the windows can help cool the office down, but if the temperature outside is higher than inside, you only lose the cool air. Try to open the windows in the morning or later in the afternoon when the temperature outside is cooler.  Leaving office appliances like printers or computer on standby can consume nearly as much energy as when there are powered on.  This also generates a lot of heat, for this reason make sure that your equipment is powered off, if you don’t use them.
